On August 3, the Khomas Region of the Republic of Namibia and Jiangxi Province of the People's Republic of China signed a Letter of Intent to establish a sister region-province relationship. Sam Shafiishuna Nujoma, the Governor of Khomas Region, led a delegation visiting Nanchang and Jiujiang. We are honored to invite him for this interview to share his impressions of Jiangxi.
