On April 13, Yin Hong, secretary of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee, and Ye Jianchun, governor of Jiangxi Province, met in Nanchang with Ren Hongbin, secretary of the leading Party members group and chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), and representatives from foreign-invested enterprises.

On behalf of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and the Jiangxi provincial government, Yin Hong and Ye Jianchun extended a warm welcome to the guests attending the Foreign-Invested Enterprises Tour in Jiangxi and expressed their sincere appreciation to the CCPIT and the broader community of foreign-invested entrepreneurs for their longstanding support of Jiangxi's development. Yin Hong noted that Jiangxi enjoys unique geographical advantages, abundant resources, a rich cultural heritage, a well-developed industrial system, and a favorable business environment. He described Jiangxi as a quintessential gateway province that is both a major agricultural hub and an emerging industrial powerhouse, underscoring the province's comparative strengths in workforce quality and human resource, which together create a landscape brimming with vitality and opportunities for development. He expressed the sincere hope that the CCPIT would continue to serve as a bridge and link, facilitating the creation of more high-level platforms for international economic and trade cooperation and steering a growing number of foreign-invested enterprises to explore and invest in Jiangxi. Such contributions, he emphasized, would bolster the province's efforts to promote two-way opening up that fosters shared benefits and opportunities across all directions. Yin Hong further extended a warm invitation to foreign-invested enterprises to visit Jiangxi, share in its development opportunities, and make the province a priority in their strategic planning. He called for deepening industrial and supply chain alignment and collaboration, and for bringing more advanced concepts, expertise, and technologies to Jiangxi to contribute to its high-quality development. He assured that Jiangxi will continue to optimize its business environment and provide more efficient and effective services to support investment and business growth, striving to achieve mutual benefit and shared progress for all parties.

Ren Hongbin expressed his gratitude to Jiangxi Province for its strong support of the CCPIT and noted that Jiangxi is the first stop of the events of CCPIT's Foreign-Invested Enterprises Tour this year. He described Jiangxi as a vibrant province, highlighting its remarkable socioeconomic progress in recent years and its emergence as a prime destination for investment and business development for all types of market players, including foreign-invested enterprises. Ren reaffirmed that the CCPIT will fully leverage its resources and platform strengths, closely align with Jiangxi's needs, and establish additional platforms for economic and trade cooperation to encourage more foreign-invested enterprises to invest in Jiangxi and share in its development opportunities.

David Perez-Des Rosiers, chief representative of the Canada China Business Council (CCBC) Beijing, and senior executives from foreign-invested enterprises including Bosch (China) Investment Ltd., Siemens Healthineers, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD), and Yum China Holdings, Inc., each delivered remarks at the meeting. They noted Jiangxi's well-established industrial foundation, favorable development environment, and clear advantages in openness, and expressed strong confidence in Jiangxi's development prospects. They pledged to continue expanding their diversified business presence in the province, facilitate the implementation of more projects, and work alongside Jiangxi to explore new growth opportunities and jointly create and share a brighter future.
