A short video has built a cultural bridge between China and Germany.
Nine-year-old Chinese-German girl Kiki has won hearts by sharing her love for Pingxiang Chunluo, a traditional folk art from Jiangxi Province. Inspired by her grandmother's hometown, Kiki continued practicing Chunluo after returning to Germany, introducing the centuries-old art form to people around her through social media.
Her enthusiasm caught the attention of provincial-level representative inheritor Peng Liping, who invited Kiki back to Pingxiang to learn the art firsthand. Their heartwarming encounter highlights how cultural heritage can transcend borders and bring people together.
